Observing that many entrepreneurs made crucial business decisions based on emotion and gut feeling rather than informed insights, Richard was driven to redefine the traditional accountant-client relationship.
This led to the creation of FirstLink Business Solutions which transformed bookkeeping into a strategic partnership that provides real-time financial insights and personalized financial guidance.
Following its success inTrinidad, the need for such services was recognised as universal prompting the expansion to the United States with the launch of CFO Lifeline.
